Quick answers

• Forgot to log a day? Open History and tap any past day to backfill it. There is never a penalty.
• To add a widget, long-press the Home Screen, tap Add, and search for GetBer.
• Your Level never goes down. Form reflects your recent seven days.
• Your core habit data stays on your device and, when available, syncs through your private iCloud database.
• Export your data from Settings as CSV or JSON.
• AI is optional and off by default. Turn it off at any time in Settings.

Subscriptions and restoration

Purchases are handled by Apple. If a paid feature is missing after reinstalling the app or changing devices, open the GetBer paywall and choose Restore Purchases.

Email us at support@getber.app. We usually respond within 24–48 hours. Include your iOS version and GetBer version when reporting a technical issue, but do not email private diary content or payment information.
